5.4 未來研究方向
本篇論文在最後訂購情境下,將最後訂購時點與最後訂購數量一併納入量化

成本模型中求解,但衰退期的零組件存貨管理模型種類眾多且相關決策議題繁多,
可見此情境需考慮的因素不僅止於本研究所探討的因素,因此在此列舉出其他可 再繼續發展的研究方向,包含有以下幾點:
1. 可再繼續探討其他的需求迴歸趨勢或其他的需求預測方法,以改善需求預測 的落後效果及預測準確度,並且可將各期的需求變異納入需求預測模型中探 討,例如:零組件需求變異可因價格變動而增加,或者需求變異隨著零組件 生命週期時間而有變動。
2. 本研究以最後訂購情境的決策為首要解決目標,且為使模型便於求解,導致 於正常訂購時期未將各期的存貨數量變動納入決策考量,僅以限制的顧客服 務水準作各項成本的預測。因此,若能使正常訂購時期與最後訂購時期的一 連串決策一併納入決策模型中,將能使該產業對於生命週期末端的零組件有 更佳的解決方案。
3. 由於探討的個案公司並未考量廢料殘值與處理成本,因此在本研究模型中並 未將此類成本納入考量。若能繼續考量此類成本,則可使得汽車產業的最後 訂購決策模型更為完善,甚至可應用於不同產業。
4. 本研究於最後訂購時期的存貨持有數量,僅以存貨呈現線性遞減趨勢近似出 一個約略的存貨數量,但不同的零組件的需求趨勢有所不同,此將造成存貨 數量不太可能呈現線性遞減趨勢。因此,若能以更精確的預測方法,將能使 得模型所計算出的總成本及最佳化決策更為準確。
