第二節 未來研究方向與建議

本研究建立初步 IoT 服務架構,可以試著用 IoT 服務架構應用至其他地方(便 利商店、飯店、超市…等),或許能夠發現它的限制或其他有待改進的地方。另 一方面,許多研究報告或計畫顯示,其實 IoT 和目前的雲端運算議題有關聯性,

可以想像的是,隨著科技進步,IoT 應用可以漸漸地監控到每個物件。IBM 公司 智慧地球計劃,欲透過感知化、互連化,和智慧化,應用在如汽車、設備、道路、

電網、衣著、農耕、水資源…等許多不同領域,與本研究的 IoT 概念上是一樣的 東西,前緣設備滲透在各行各業,甚至是生活中每個角落與物件並收集資料,這 些設備產生出來的海量資料透過網路將資料傳送至應用系統,在以雲端運算處理 和分析資料並應用。

未來可以加入雲端運算的技術,參考圖 5-1,整合運算組織內資訊系統所產 生的資料,如企業資源管理系統、顧客關係管理系統、供應鏈管理系統,還有本 研究實作的 IoT 雛形系統,以使用者智慧型手機(或移動設備)上的 NFC 設備感應 商品的 RFID 標籤,使用者在掃描商品、瀏覽商品網頁,甚至是相關的數位資源 時,將使用者的這些行為捕捉並記錄下來,將這些無時無刻都在產生的資料或稱 為海亮資料,以串流(Streaming)的方式輸入進 NoSQL 的資料庫中(本研究使用的 是 MongoDB),在利用雲端運算的運算能力即時的將這些處理或分析,即時的反 應在各種應用上,進而改善企業內部流程,創造便利和智慧化的應用。
