尚須有一般執行方法的配合,才可完整呈現一個流程領域的全貌。
6.3 研究貢獻
本研究於學術方面的貢獻包括:
將 CMMI-ACQ 的 ARD、AVER 及 AVAL 流程領域融入統一流程的軟 體工程方法論,使用 UML 的方式表逹。
運用 Zachman Framework 的 5W1H 提問方法整合統一流程的模 型元素,加入各流程領域關鍵人員觀點。
於實務方面的貢獻包括:
提供一套資訊需求分析作法,可協助誘發組織建立籌獲管理支 援系統的需求,包含 ARD、AVER 及 AVAL 流程領域。
提供導入者發展籌獲管理支援的觀念,簡化組織提升籌獲管理 能力的複雜度。
組織更易將 CMMI-ACQ 提供的 ARD、AVER 及 AVAL 流程指引轉化 為實際可運用的流程標準來支援籌獲管理。
6.4 未來研究與發展
本研究可延伸的主題包括:
推廣此一研究方法至各個流程領域(含一般執行方法),研究、
發展真正適用的簡易版 CMMI-ACQ 支援系統。
以 CMMI(含 CMMI-DEV、CMMI-ACQ 及 CMMI-SVC)為基礎,建構 資訊組織應具備的流程改善措施,並規劃資訊需求與支援系統。
發展甲、乙雙方溝通、協調的軟體委外開發管理之共用資訊平 台。
