本研究除就客觀的評量資料來考驗首11線的教果外,另以自我被能主觀評量分數作為自我肯定訓練 教果的另一指標。根據研究結果發現:在排除前測分數的影響,兩紐曼試在自我教能主觀評量分數上
,只有在追僻、研究時有顯著差異存在,實驗組之受試在自我放能的主觀評量分數上有高於控制組受試 之趨勢。由上述的分析結果可知:就自說教龍的主觀評量分數而言,本研究自載肯定書11線在後測時的 立師教果並不顧薯,但具有顧薯的延續放果。
鯨合以上各部分的結果與分析可知:本研究中由研究者設計的這套自敢肯定訓練課程,對於低自 我肯定之受試,在幫助他們增進自敢肯定性和自我接納以及減低其社會焦慮和非理性信念方面,說客 觀量表前得資料顯示具有正面的立師按果和延續放果,但就受試主觀的自我教能反映來看,只具有正 向的延續放果。
