3-3-8 生化物質對抗體感測的干擾研究

人體血液中,除了血球、抗體與抗原之外,存在許多重要而微量 的生化物質。本研究選定了一些生化物質,依據人體內所含的平均濃 度,探討這些生化物質對於已建立的感測系統偵測抗體時是否會造成 影響。

這些在人體血液中生化物質常見的有有葡萄糖(glucose),濃度約 為 100 mg/dL;尿酸(uric acid),濃度約為 8 mg/dL;半胱胺酸(cystein),

濃度約為 2.4 mg/dL;酪胺酸(tyrosine),濃度約為 3.62 mg/dL。探討 生化物質存在環境對感測抗體的頻率訊號有何影響,其實驗結果如圖 3-32 至圖 3-45 所示。

各頻道在不同生化物質干擾物存在下的偵測感應訊號比較於圖 3-36、圖 3-41、圖 3-46 中。由表 3-1、表 3-2 以及表 3-3 顯示生化 物質對各頻道的干擾係數(interfering factor,I)皆很小,對各抗體的選 擇係數(selectivity,S)皆達 90 %以上。
