研究限制與建議

5.3.1 知覺風險因素之研究建議

有些學者認為「知覺風險」因素,如隱私風險、績效風險…等,是影響一般 個人使用資訊科技的重要因素之一。因此建議未來研究者能夠加入「知覺風險」

因素,探討「知覺風險」對於現有使用者再購意願的影響。

5.3.2 群體行為變數之研究建議

群體行為(如:線上討論)乃影響使用者採用甚至是持續使用數位學習的重 要因素之一,而本研究並未探討其影響力,因此建議未來的研究者可以加上「群 體行為」變數,研究其對知覺有用性、知覺易用性、再購意願的影響。

5.3.3 變數間因果關係之研究建議

本研究證實了企業形象、信任、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、再購意願之間的 相關性。然而,由於結構方程式本身的限制,因此無法判定對於現有使用者而言,

究竟是企業形象、信任影響了其知覺有用性、知覺易用性?亦或是知覺有用性、

知覺易用性影響了其對企業的企業形象、信任?以及,是企業形象影響了信任?

還是信任影響了使用者對企業的企業形象認知?因此建議未來研究者可以進而 研究,探討其間的因果關係。
