第三節 研究限制與建議

一、研究限制

本研究之研究期間僅採計台灣資訊服務業上市及上櫃公司的近 3 年的樣本 資料,然而網路服務日新月異,尤其許多發展成熟的平台型企業尚未掛牌上市,

此點為本研究的最大限制因素。其次,除了本研究所包含的控制變數、所選用的 智慧資本相關變數會影響企業價值外,亦有許多可能會影響企業價值的因素,本 研究因研究時間限制並未納入模型。

二、後續研究建議

在樣本方面,若能延長研究期間、納入興櫃公司,甚至擴大研究範圍至中國 等台灣之外的國家,以增加研究樣本數,可使研究結果更具代表性與說服力。此 外,隨著資訊科技的發達,平台模式亦不僅僅存在於資訊服務業中,例如半導體 產業中的台積電亦以開放式創新(Open Innovation)平台作為其提升技術和緊 密其顧客關係的競爭優勢來源,將台積電視為半導體業中的平台型企業也不為 過。

在變數方面,本研究以過去文獻中提及之可靠控制變數、智慧資本變數作為 出發點,然而亦有其他被證實和企業價值具有關聯性的變數,如資本支出、流動 性等,建議後續研究可納入更多影響變數一併考量,以獲得更周延的研究成果。

最後,本研究在智慧資本的分類方面,採用 Bontis (2000) 對於智慧資本 的三分法,即分為人力資本、結構資本以及顧客資本,然而亦有學者有其他分類 方式。目前最周全的分類方式為台灣智慧資本研究中心提出的 10 大分類:人力 資本、組織資本、結構資本、社會資本、組織文化資本、流程資本、資訊科技資 本、智財資本、顧客資本以及關係資本,考量研究時間與公開資訊蒐集的困難,

本研究並未採用此架構。建議後續研究可以此架構將智慧資本變數進行歸類與分 析。
