第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議

由於本研究以滾雪球之方式進行女性領隊人員之樣本訪談。自徵得受訪對 象之同意後,陸續進行深度訪談,直至深度訪談獲致資訊飽和為止,共計訪談 十三位女性領隊人員。由於,受訪對象為數不多,即使,本研究確認獲致之資 訊飽和。不過,質性研究之結果並非具有全面之代表性,而年齡層多落於三十 歲至五十五歲之區間,較無法探究目前產業界年齡位於二十歲至三十歲之女性 領隊人員之見解與看法。而本研究並無區隔公司領隊與自由領隊之若干差異,諸 如:考量帶團之因素不同、領隊類別不同而收入所得方式亦不同…等。因此,建 議未來研究可以針對公司領隊與自由領隊進一步探究領隊類別之差異化分析,並 針對不同家庭生命週期之女性領隊人員進行調查,同時比較位處於不同家庭生 命週期之女性領隊人員是否具有不同之職涯阻礙因素提供若干建議。
