5.2 研究限制與未來研究發展
由於研究時間上的限制,而協同研發雖然屬於協同商務中的一個部分,但所設計出 來的新產品卻和之後的製造以及銷售有相當密切的關係,因此,在本研究中,僅將行銷 部分納入協同研發階段共同考量,對於製造、採購、物流等方面,在本研究中並未深入 探討到。因此,未來的研究方向可朝以下幾個方面進行後續研究:
1、 加入採購人員的角色,以強化平台中主要元件管理該部分的功用,不僅可 以降低物料上的浪費,減少選用物料的時間,更可以在研發的階段,讓研 發人員選擇所適用的物料元件。
2、 在協同研發階段,將製造人員以及物料供應商等相關人員也加進來共同進 行協同研發,如此可避免設計出來的東西,卻超出了製造部門的製造技術,
而無法製造,而需要重新進行產品設計,浪費無謂的人力物力。
3、 透過和製造上的系統整合,以及和工作流程的結合,建置一個全功能的協 同合作平台,並瞭解實際上在進行協同合作時所遭遇的困難和瓶頸,以提 出一個完整解決方案。
