第三節 研究限制

一、因研究樣本來自於同一家醫學中心,研究結果無法代表所有臨床護理人員職能,

要推論其他醫學中心也是需要考慮之限制。

二、因受訪的臨床護理人員來自於同一家醫學中心,未進行不同層級、不同管理模式 的醫院深入探討,在專家內容效度後 16 題項之臨床護理職能量表,未來使用上 須進一步檢測量表性度及效度,也是需要考慮之限制。
