本 篇 的 研 究 目 的 為瞭 解 高 爾 夫 球 選 手 為 了 要 增 加 桿 頭 速 度 , 進 而 改 變 揮 桿 期 間 軀 幹 的 旋 轉 模式 。 觀 察 不同 揮 桿 動作 而 造成 的 桿 頭 速 度差 異 , 藉 由 量 測 軀 幹 旋 轉 與 重 心 轉 移 模 式的 變 化 , 來了 解 桿 頭速 度 增加 的 機 轉 。 透過 一 連 串 的觀 察 , 建議 選 手 可 運 用 軀 幹 上半 身 以 及 髖關 節 的 旋轉 動 作 , 製 造 下 桿 時的 X 因 子 瞬間 增 加 ,使 軀 幹 的 相 關 肌 群 被動 地 拉 長 ,引 發 伸 張縮 短 循環 的 產 生 , 以增 加 向 心 收縮 力 量 ,藉 此 而 增 加 桿 頭 速 度 ; 另 外 , 關於 重 心 轉移 模 式的 部 份 , 建 議增 加 下 桿 時領 導 腳 對地 面 施 力 , 以 增 加 下桿 時 的 動 力來 源 , 並且 減 少力 量 轉 移 的 時間 。 本 實 驗亦 發 現 壓力 中 心 在 桿 頭 速 度 增 加 的 情 況 下, 會 出 現往 腳 尖偏 移 的 現 象 , 建 議 往 後 實驗 可 進 一步 瞭 解 不 同 桿 頭 速 度下 , 揮 桿 期間 的 主 要肌 群 的作 用 差 異 , 可更 深 入 了 解桿 頭 速 度增 加 時 軀幹扮 演 的 角色 ,可 提供 教練 與選 手 於 訓練時 更 清楚有效 率的方 針。
