綜合以上結果與討論,我們發現糖尿病前期者於有氧運動前攝取咖啡因會引發血糖 與胰島素濃度顯著上升反應,但不會造成 C-Peptide 濃度的改變,而咖啡因不利血糖調 控之現象,並不受中強度有氧運動介入的影響。據研究所得,本研究僅觀察血液葡萄糖、

胰島素與 C-Peptide 濃度等生化指標的變化,其中的調節機制尚有所不足,建議未來研 究可結合觀察 GLUT4、AMPK 活性等相關機轉做更深入的探討;而本研究僅針對沒有 運動習慣的糖尿病前期者,觀察有氧運動前攝取咖啡因對運動後血糖調控的影響,建議 未來可針對不同咖啡內容物或其他族群進行探討。
