附錄一 受試者須知

一、本研究目的:

探討補充八週的綠茶萃取物,對單次高強度運動期間生理表現之影響

,在人體測量方面,包括身高、體重、身體質量指數、最大攝氧峰值、呼吸交換 率及運動期間總能量消耗;血液生化值的部分為血糖、胰島素、游離脂肪酸、甘 油。

二、受試者必須參加下列兩項實驗設計:

(一) 進行單一次 70%-75%V‧

O2 peak之運動強度 60 分鐘固定式腳踏車運動。

(二) 持續補充八週綠茶萃取物後,進行單一次 70%-75%V‧

O2 peak之運動強度 60

分鐘固定式腳踏車運動。

三、可能產生的風險

(一)抽血均使用滯留式無菌針頭與針筒,從受試者手肘尺骨或手掌骨靜脈埋針,

並於採血的時間點抽取10 ml血液進行分析,絕不重複使用,以杜絕感染問 題。

(二)由具備合格之護士擔任採血人員,若發生局部瘀血時,立刻冰敷處理即可。

四、其他配合事項

(一)實施最大攝氧峰值測驗時,請著輕便運動服(上衣、短褲)至實驗室報到,測 驗前避免從事激烈的運動訓練或體育活動。

(二)實驗期間受試者請避免菸酒、咖啡及茶葉等,含有咖啡因、茶多酚成份之飲 料攝取,務必維持平日正常的飲食習慣,不得刻意節食或暴飲暴食。

(三)實驗日期前一晚需禁食十二小時(空腹狀態)。

(四)受試者請於約定的時間內,至實驗室報到領取增補劑或進行實驗。
