一ヽ正交 T 值法分析出雞蛋蛋黃中本試驗中草藥複方,降膽固醇含量作用主要 是黨參、當歸、淫羊藿,升卵磷脂含量作用主要是黃耆、淫羊藿、何首烏。

二ヽ綜合試驗結果結論黃耆、黨參、刺五加、當歸、淫羊藿、何首烏 6 種中草 藥組合全複方能顯著降低雞蛋膽固醇與提高卵磷脂之含量。

三ヽ本複方中草藥在蛋重ヽ血清膽固醇含量試驗組與對照組比較均無顯著差異 性 (p>0.05) ,而在雞蛋蛋黃中降低膽固醇及升高卵磷脂含量方面均達到顯著差 性 (p﹤0.05),全複方中草藥試驗組降低膽固醇含量範圍達 10.19%,升卵磷脂含 量範圍達 24.72%。

四ヽ在蛋雞飼料添加試驗中草藥期間檢測血清肝臟及腎臟功能指標,全複方試驗 組與對照組比較均無差異性 (p> 0.05),顯示全複方中草藥對肝腎組織無毒性。

五ヽ全複方試驗組肝臟組織細胞生長型態較對照組正常,顯示全複方不會造成肝 臟細胞病變。

六ヽHPLC 分析結果顯示本複方中草藥添加於雞蛋飼料中,中藥成分均未轉移至 雞蛋中,為安全ヽ無藥物殘留之雞蛋

七ヽDPPH 自由基清除率檢測,固定中草藥萃取濃度 15 mg/mL 時,淫羊藿 (96.

51±0.54%) > 刺五加 (95.37±0.41%) > 當歸 (66.22±1.29%) > 黃耆 (65.95±8.62

未來展望

經本試驗以正交 T 值法統計方法中草藥複方組成中主要與輔助功效藥物,

同時生產出低膽固醇與高卵磷脂含量之雞蛋。證實中草藥具有其成份物質多樣性,

功效多效性之特色。再則抗氧化能力強弱範圍與降低雞蛋膽固醇含量高低之間關 係有深入研究之價值。中草藥長期受到不科學之評語,多起因於前人闡述中醫藥 理論時多以傳統哲學思想解釋,而使一般人們無法了解,隨現代分離分析檢驗技 術與統計分析理論逐日進步,有必要再次使用現代技術及觀念,重新研究分析中 草藥功效與其成份,尤其有關中草藥複方組成及其成份物質,因其無論組成與功

效都顯見優越性,是現代一般西藥不易達到之目標。故未來中藥複方之繼續研究 有其必要性,尤其在西藥目前研發與疾病治療時受到多方面瓶頸時,進一步分離 純化出有效成份和功效,改善疾病治療等都有幫助。養生保健功效食品的開發也 為現代社會人們注意重點,改善傳統食品品質。由試驗結果分析淫羊藿同時具有 降膽固醇與升卵磷脂含量作用,可見其富含重要生理活性物質,有其必要深入研 究分析。

一ヽDPPH 乙醇溶液的吸光度與質量濃度線性與穩定性結果

取 10 µg/mL DPPH 乙醇溶液,以無水酒精稀釋濃度為 1 µg/mLヽ2 µg/mL ヽ4 µg/mLヽ6 µg/mLヽ8 µg/mLヽ10 µg/mL。再吸取 200 µL 稀釋溶液,加入 96 孔盤,3 重複數,以 517 nm 測吸光值 (A)。DPPH 濃度值 (X) 為橫坐標,吸 光值 (A) 為縱座標,計算出標準曲線結果,吸光值 (A)=0.2847X-0.2044 R2=0.

9919,顯示試驗用之 DPPH 試劑濃度與吸光度有良好之線性關係與穩定性。

二ヽ維生素 C DPPH 自由基清除能力結果

維生素 C 按濃度 1000 µg/mLヽ500 µg/mLヽ250 µg/mLヽ125 µg/mLヽ62.5 µg/mL 及 31.25 µg/mL 檢測 DPPH 自由基清除能力,每個濃度取 3 重複數,取 平均值,計算誰生素 C 對 DPPH 清除率 (Y),以 Y 對維生素 C 濃度 (X) 得 方程式 Y= -7.785X+109.3 R2=0.9528,維生素 C 清除 DPPH 自由基的 IC50 為 7.62 µg/mL。
