「刻板印象」時,會看到有些奇特的結果,即 PAST 與 NAST 越高,生活品質均會越好,但加入了 COOP/WONCA 的路徑僅稍稍顯著(PASTWONCA = -.19, p =.048),主要仍是 NSPA 的路徑顯著 ( NSPAWONCA = .48, p =.000)。因此,我們將預測 ADL、IADL、COOP/WONCA、走路速度 及 SPPB 總分的結果整合來看(如圖 3-a 所示),正、負向刻板印象對「主、客觀功能性健康」各變

絕大部份的受試者是 30 歲以下的,因此較難用以推論老年人於 IAT 上的表現情況。然而由結果初 步看來,內隱/外顯態度上的差異可能是存在的,不論在外顯態度描述上報告較喜歡老年人、較喜 歡年輕人、及同樣喜歡的受試者,於 IAT 的分數上仍均反應出在內隱態度上是較為偏好年輕人的,

而且在外顯報告對老年人的態度上,也都偏向報告感覺較為「溫暖」,這些結果似可以作為推估內 隱/外顯態度上有差異。此外,確實可見生理年齡越大,反應進度較慢的顯著相關,但有趣的是,

也可看到生理年齡越大,反應錯誤率越低的顯著相關。

整合上述,雖然「內隱」老化態度尚無法納入討論,但像認為自己雖然老了,但是比別人好;

或著是老人都怎麼怎麼不好,但我不一樣的這種或自我對他人不一致的狀態,應是存在的,而這樣 的「區隔」可能是有意義的。以目前橫斷性的資料來看,我們可能會把對他人的「刻板印象」當作 一個錨定點,然後把對自己的「自我覺知」對此錨定點進行比較。以本研究的結果來看,對他人的

「刻板印象」的錨定位置可能是有影響的,但對自己的自我覺知、以及自我覺知和刻板印象間的差 異通常佔有更重要的角色,徑路分析結果即顯示,老化自我覺知均有顯著的中介效果。此結果應有 助於臨床上的應用,因為要去修正一個人對「老」整體的刻板印象可能是較為困難的,但若能協助 改變一個人對自己的「老化自我覺知」,也就是對自己的老化有多一點正向,少一點負向的評價,

則會對個人的健康狀態與生活品質有正向的影響。此結果同時也反應出,若個人於未來時即對老有 較多正向、較低負向的態度,將是會老化的過程有好的影響。
