研究方式的補足,如何彌補 過去研究的不足,為何選用 此研究方法,說明跟其他方 法有何不同。

1.面對資訊不明確與評估之模糊特性,本研究整合灰 色理論、模糊評估與多屬性決策應用於服務品質的評 估。

2.有別於過去相關研究之最大不同處,本研究利用灰 色多屬性決策分析,採用方案選擇,結合旅行成本與 服務品質做分析,利用票價的變動及所提供的服務,

瞭解旅客對各屬性重視的程度,再以模糊德菲層級分 析法計算各屬性間之權重,並解決多層級決策問題之 模糊、不精確特性,依據決策準則選取最佳方案。

研究分析可考慮由旅遊與 學生特性加以強調;並可與 文獻比較強調管理意涵及 貢獻性。

1.價格知覺是主觀的意識,因受訪者為學生族群,高 鐵票價打折方案為大學生所重視,但實際上,旅遊類 型乘客也追求良好的服務品質,皆願意支付更高的金 額以換取更完善的服務品質。

2.大眾運輸業不能僅以價格作為競爭的手段,必須瞭 解並仔細分析不同乘客真正想要的是什麼,提供有價 值、能滿足乘客知覺感受的服務,以提高乘客的搭乘 意願。高鐵與其他大眾運輸最大的不同,除了硬體設 備、價格與運行時間不同外,最大的差別就在於服務 水準。高鐵在衝刺占有率與營收同時,必須要兼顧其 服務水準,不論是班次的準點率、服務人員的專業與 服務態度,以及員工的向心力等,皆是高鐵公司的價 值核心。
