10 水沅花萃取液添加到細胞培養液中,高濃度的水沅花萃取液會促進 ES-D3 胚胎幹細胞分

化成心肌細胞,低濃度責反而會抑制心肌細胞的分化。

11 水沅花萃取液添加到細胞培養液中,ES 和 3T3 細胞種植密度為 1*104/mL,取 100uL 種

96 wells,培養十天後以 WST-1 進行細胞毒性試驗,結果顯示低濃度的水沅花具有增殖體細胞

的作用,高濃度卻有毒殺幹細胞和體細胞的作用。
