1. 本章並不包括︰ 1. This Chapter does not cover:
（a） 用輕薄原料（例如紙、塑膠薄片）製造

(a) Disposable foot or shoe coverings of flimsy material (for example, paper, sheeting of plastics) without applied soles.
These products are classified according to their constituent material;

2. 就項目 6406 而言，「部件」一詞並不包括釘栓、
碼釘、金屬圈、鈎、扣環、裝飾物、繐帶、鞋帶、
毛球或其他飾帶（應歸入其相應的項目）或項目 9606 的鈕扣或其他貨品。
2. For the purposes of heading 6406, the term ‘parts’ does not include pegs, protectors, eyelets, hooks, buckles, ornaments, braid, laces, pompons or other trimmings (which are to be classified in their appropriate headings) or buttons or other goods of heading 9606.
3. 就本章而言︰ 3. For the purposes of this Chapter:
