Knowledge creation is a difficult process which includes many factors and many important parameters of them were considered in present study. Though it can be useful to look at each factor separately to evaluate its influence on overall knowledge creation process, this study considered knowledge transfer that occurs between two individuals. Further research can be extended to situation when knowledge transfer occurs between more than two persons and make a comparison of these two situations.
