4.1 ITO 基板測試 基板測試 基板測試 基板測試

首先將ITO基板作測試,分為16列3欄的方式去編號與量測阻值。一列高2公分,

一欄寬5公分,如下表所示。”+”為四點探針量測點。規劃如下表4-1。

在各個退火的參數退火後,量測各個退火參數的透光率,設定的溫度參數為

C 依此為組別,共分為四組,一組三個樣本,因此有十

二個樣本,而各個溫度參數下的時間參數為 60min、90min、120min。

樣本 0 是未經過退火的 ITO 塑膠基板之透光率。使用的量測儀器是 Jasco V-550 頻譜分析儀。表 4-5 至表 4-16 是樣本一到樣本十二的數值。退火實驗也依照表 4-4 的四組十二個樣本進行退火。

退火後的透光率平均值折線圖。從圖中可以知道在還沒有退火前的試片樣本 0,

其平均透光度是比較低的,在退火之後,在於透光率方面都有增進,樣本九是最好的,

再來是樣本十二。

使用的透明導電膜是卓韋光電公司生產的ITO PET塑膠基板,其阻值300~600之 間,為了再降低阻值使用低溫退火,退火實驗分為三次的退火與量測。
