SMR/theta 比值訓練對推桿心理主觀感受之影響

SMR/theta 比值神經回饋訓練對於心理主觀感受有正面的影響,但是其影響是無法 具有保留效果的。綜觀 SMR/theta 訓練組後測之主觀感受量表分數,即:專注力、自 信心、控制感、流暢感四個向度,後測顯著優於假回饋組,與研究假設一致,但在焦 慮感無任何的下降,和過去的研究不相符合 (Ros 等人,2009),可能的原因為本研究 沒有操弄焦慮,且選手也是在平常熟悉的環境下進行推桿測驗,因此焦慮感沒有差 異。保留測驗發現實驗組和控制組無差異,並且相較後測下降,原因可能為停止神經 回饋後一週,SMR/theta 組之推桿表現下降,並且在結束推桿表現後填寫問卷,因此主 觀知覺可能受到推桿表現退步的影響因此下降。總結上述可以知道 10 次的 SMR/theta 神經回訓練可以提升主觀知覺的專注力、自信心、控制感、流暢感四個向度;但不具 有保留效果。

總結上述,針對本研究可歸納以下幾點結論:

SMR/theta 比值神經回饋訓練對高爾夫推桿表現有提升效果、並且具有保留效果;

10 次的 SMR/theta 比值神經回饋訓練對於提昇 SMR/theta 比值腦波相對功率之效果明 顯,且腦波的提升可以至少維持七天;SMR/theta 比值腦波是可以透過學習而控制的,

且 SMR/theta 神經回饋訓練對於提昇高爾夫選手之主觀推桿心理狀態感受之效果明 顯,但不能保留 7 天。

針對以上對於 SMR 神經回饋促進推桿表現之探討,以下段落則用以說明本研究之限 制:

1. 選手的賽季時間不好配合,造成實驗參與者的流失;造成樣比數較少。

2. 選手前一天的數眠時數以及活動無法控制,可造成神經回饋訓練時無法集中精神 進行訓練,有遇到的問題包括:出國比賽時差、球隊晨操、期中考熬夜……等。

3. 非常高的生態效度。本研究之推桿測驗均在真實天然草皮上進行,相較於室內果 嶺有很高的生態效度,但無法控制天氣、濕度、草皮狀況……等。

最後對於未來研究的建議

1.高爾夫球技巧是由多種桿法而形成,因此未來的研究可以進行鐵桿、木桿、切桿等技 巧進行研究。

2.本研究在神經回饋訓練時所採用的地點為一般室內的教室,在結合推桿動作時實際上 沒有球洞讓選手進行瞄準,和真實推桿的情況還是略有不同,建議為來可以在實際的 真實果嶺上進行訓練。

3.參與者在實驗結束後表示在比賽時遇到高壓力情境下會遺忘自己被訓練過,因此在神 經回饋的訓練回合內應該加入壓力的操弄,確保更符合實際賽場上的需求。

結語

SMR/theta 比值的神經回饋訓練對於高爾夫推桿表現的提升是被確認的,並也可以發現 在神經回饋訓練後可以透過改變腦波相對比值的路徑來促進推桿表現,訓練效果不僅 出現在實驗期間,實驗結束後選手也反應在比賽時能進入適當的注意力狀態;並且本

研究也發現神經回饋效果在可以維持至少七天,對於未來教練以及選手的應用性有非 常大的幫助。
