3. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION

The plans of Etugen institution extension plan to high school business, extension plan to become business program focused more on mining and technology industries, and the plan of establishing ET Consulting Company under Etugen Institution is all relatively interrelated.

Developing business expansion in secondary education Etugen institution prepares prospective students as input for university program besides providing input for those biggest state universities in Mongolia.

Huleg high school’s mission will be preparing students for technology and scientific fields with enriched language capacity. Later, these students can be prepared as best professionals who are competitive in various aspects of technology developments enhancing around the world passing through top technology universities in Mongolia and other foreign countries.

Etugen University extension plan is dedicated for the university to capture and optimize business opportunities popping out in Mongolia in some fields. Besides strengthening accounting program, transforming or equipping this strong basis of accounting with business and management tools will strengthen the universities positioning in market and increase its reputation and demand in competitive market, while automatically causes avoidance from risk of government constriction on private universities in higher education system. Etugen University goal is to stretch its capability to reach those standards of technology and business in worldwide in long term plan.

While high school and university enhance and foster their positioning in market and captures new opportunities ET Consulting Company will be aiming at conduct its business in real business environment and contribute into business developments in recovering economy of Mongolia.

There are some similarities in strategies of these plans are to use triple win strategies with its customers and suppliers or other relevant third parties. Besides that company, the university and the high school will be working in triple win strategy too, such as using their experiences in similar situations organizing joint events such as celebrations, public events and etc., exploiting from facilities of one another if necessary.

Overall, all these plan execution will serve for contribution of Mongolian new professional business people’s successes and country development as Etugen institution is trying to deliver and execute world class, competitive, and ethical new services and practices in its projects and developments in different fields.
