這是一份有關‘新興產業加速育成計劃’效果評估之問卷，本問卷是要調查貴公司在參加工研院，中原大學及國立交通大學提供 的業師陪伴輔導團隊(Mentoring)，資金媒合(Funding)及國際育成合作平台(Networking)等服務帶給公司怎麼樣的幫助或影響。這份 問卷主要發放對象為曾經參與過該計畫的廠商。問卷結果是用來協助改善計劃及加強對未來提供之服務參考。問卷使用匿名方式，全 部資料僅供學術研究之用，絕不對外公開，敬請安心回答，懇請於 5/16 （星期五） 前賜覆，謝謝合作。
