5.3. Research limitation and future study
Beside the goals of research has achieved, research still exist some limitations:
The sample was selected by random method and sample size is only reasonable (150).
Research just conducted studies of customer satisfaction with VietinBank in Hanoi without doing research for other bank and other city so we cannot assess comparisons between bank and city together. So, the future study should add other factors that can explain more fully on customer satisfaction and behavior intention.
