Standardized English Language Proficiency Test Questionnaire

Please complete this survey about the policy to recognize passing marks on a standardized English language proficiency test (SELPT) as a promotion criterion for civil servants in Taiwan.

This survey was created by a graduate student enrolled in the International Masters in Asia-Pacific Studies Program at National Chengchi University as research for a thesis study. http://www.imas.nccu.edu.tw/

The information you provide will be used to evaluate the English testing policy and assess the impact of standardized English language proficiency tests on

stakeholders, including test takers and the institutions that use test scores.
