Please complete this survey about the policy to recognize passing marks on a standardized English language proficiency test (SELPT) as a promotion criterion for civil servants in Taiwan.This survey was created by a graduate student enrolled in the International Masters in Asia-Pacific Studies Program at National Chengchi University as research for a thesis study. http://www.imas.nccu.edu.tw/
