海外派遣人員工作價值與偏差行為關係之探討 楊孟玹、蘇奉信

摘 要
本研究問題是探討海外派遣人員工作價值與員工偏差行為之關係 ,經由間接文獻之引用及邏輯之推理,發現兩者之關係有 必要進 一步釐清。此外,本研究納入組織公平列為控制變數,以組織文 化為干擾變數,探討對於員工偏差行為之影響。
本研究採用發放問卷方式,主要透過親友尋找外派到大陸子公司 之海外派遣人員,將問卷以電子郵件的方式發放,以便填 答。總 共發放150份,回收65份,有效回收率為43%。 結果本研究發現,工作價值與員工偏差行為無顯著的關係;有關 組 織文化的干擾假設在本研究中獲得部分支持。根據研究結果, 本研究提出進一步討論並對後續研究提出建議。
