大豆乳酸飲料對成人血脂的影響
本研究在探討大豆乳酸飲料對健康成人血脂 ? 是否具有影響之效應。其中以
抽血之血脂值任ㄧ部分偏高者當作初步篩選合乎實驗的受試對象 : 總膽固醇 (TC)> 200 mg/dL 或三酸甘油酯 (TG)> 150 mg/dL 或高密度脂蛋白 (HDL-C)< 4 0 mg/dL 或低密度脂蛋白 (LDL-C)> 130 mg/dL ,共有 15 位,年齡 20-55 歲,
性別不拘,進行為期六週的人體實驗,實驗採自體比較的方式。實驗前兩週 為調整期,須避免服用乳酸飲料;接著六週為實驗期,每天飲用大豆乳酸飲 料 500 mL( 分兩次,每次 250 mL) ;最後兩週為排空期,避免食用乳酸性飲 料。在實驗期第零週和第六週,採取空腹八小時之血液做血脂 ? 分析。並要 求受試者於實驗期間保持穩定之作息。結果發現,血中總膽固醇 (TC) 、三酸 甘油酯 (TG) 、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇 (HDL-C) 、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇 (LDL-C) 濃度、 TC/HDL-C 和 LDL-C/HDL-C 之比值,實驗前後無差異。而以 TG 濃度 為 150 mg/dL 分組後,濃度小於 150 mg/dL 之受試者,實驗前後有顯著增加 (p<0.05) 。若以性別來區分男女,在女性受試者方面,實驗前後有顯著增加 (p<0.05) 。男性受試者方面實驗前後無任何差異,但仍有上升趨勢。結果顯 示,在本實驗中攝取大豆乳酸飲料降血脂作用並不明顯,因此若是要以大豆 乳酸飲料當作每天營養補充品仍值得商榷。
The Effects of Fermented Soymilk on Blood Lipids in Adults
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of fermented soymilk on b lood lipids in adults. The subjects were fifteen healthy adults, aged 20-55 (no sex di fference), whose baseline plasma concentration of total cholesterol(TC) was either higher than 200 mg/dL or triglyceride(TG) was higher than 150 mg/dL or high dens ity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was lower than 40 mg/dL or low density lipopr otein cholesterol(LDL-C) was higher than 100 mg/dL. During the 6-week study per iod, all subjects were provided with 500 mL of fermented soymilk daily (divided 2 times, each 250 mL/bottle). Fasting blood samples were collected during the 0th we ek and the 6th week for blood lipids analysis. All subjects maintained their usual lif e during the study. After the 6-week of fermented milk consumption, the results sho wed no significant difference in total cholesterol 、 triglyceride 、 HDL-C and LD L-C concentration ; the ratio of TC/HDL-C 、 LDL-C/HDL-C have the same resu lts as blood lipids. The concentration of TG in those group whose lower than 150 m g/dL was significantly increased (P<0.05). The concentration of TG in those group of women was significantly increased (P<0.05). These findings indicated that ferme nted soymilk consumption did not improve the concentration of blood lipids in heal thy adults.
