Main X-ray findings：
Panoramic film: There is a well-defined, unilocular half-round shaped
radiolucency with a thin corticated margin, which extending from tooth 13 apex to tooth 23 apex and from one-third of intermaxillary suture up to palatal surface, measuring approximately 4.2 X 2.1 cm in diameter.Periapical film: Root canal partially enlargment over 11 and 21,
especially upper portion, and filling material at lingual side of 11 and 21 is observed. Lossing of lamina dura over apex of 11, 21, 22.Sinus: Unremarkable, bilateral
Condyle: Flattening of bilateral condyle head and articular eminence are noted.
