X 光診斷：Dentigerous cyst around the impacted tooth 13 Main X-ray findings：
These are two panoramic films of a 16 y/o male P`t.
2006/8/24
There is a well-defined unilocular round shaped circumcoronal radiolucence with a scalloped margin over the impacted tooth 13 extending from distal side of 21 root right to distal side of 16 distal root, and from alveolar crest between 12, 14 up to apex of 13.Teeth, measuring approximately 3 x 2.5 cm in diameter. Teeth 11, 12, 14, 15 are displaced.
2006/10/5
There is an ill-defined diffused homogeneous radiopacity around the cementoenamel junction of impacted 13. The lesion is round shaped, measured about 3 x 2.5cm in diameter. The border of the lesion is from distal side of 12 to mesial side of 17 distal root. Teeth 14, 15are still displaced.
Sinus: 2006/8/24 R`t maxillary sinus and nasal sinus are displaced.
2006/10/6 R`t maxillary sinus is displaced.
