posterior mandible extending from the distal side of the root of tooth 33 posterior to the mesial side of the apex of tooth 35 and from the half of the root of tooth 34 down to about 1cm above the mandibular inferior border, measuring approximately 2.0 x 2.0 cm in diameter.
