藥品劑型分類原則草案
一、藥品GMP劑型/品項核定之原則：
(一)主要以各劑型（或品項）之製藥工程技術作為核定依據，主要以「劑型」
為核定原則，「原料藥」及「疫苗」則以「品項」為核定原則；新增劑型（或 品項）時，其製程操作技術或特性若與原核定之劑型（或品項）等同或 類似，可檢具資料申請個案認定以免除再次檢查。
(二)因應製藥工程技術的發展，目前未歸類的劑型（或品項）或特殊製程之 劑型（或品項），將暫時歸類為「其他」，後續修訂時再研議納入。
(三)藥品之生產如採「分段製造」，其製程操作之核定主要分為「製造」、「分 裝」及「包裝」等階段核定其作業內容。
