ABSTRACT
Because of the improvement of the Internet technology, it has become one of the essential parts for modern medicine to promote the exchange and integration of the medical informatics based on the Internet technology. This thesis proposed a new information transmission prototype based on XML technology to collect, integrate and exchange the heterogeneous platforms of hospitals. And, the SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) technology was utilized to establish the underlying protocol for exchanging the emergency medical information. Based on these technologies, the regional medical resource can be effectively integrated such that the medical resource utilization can approach to optimization.
