一、关于汉语水平考试和汉语水平口语考试
1. 汉语水平考试（HSK）简介
HSK是国家汉办组织中外汉语教学、语言学、心理学和教育测量学等领域的专家，充分调查、了 解海外汉语教学实际情况，考虑了普通汉语学习者和专业汉语学习者、来华汉语学习者和非来华汉语 学习者的差异，在吸收原有HSK的优点，借鉴近年来国际语言测试研究最新成果的基础上，以《国际 汉语能力标准》为依据，推出的一项国际汉语能力标准化考试。
中国教育部的规定外国留学生凭汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩报告可以注册进入中国大学的本科专 业学习；HSK成绩也可作为企业等用人的重要依据。
2. 汉语水平考试（HSK）等级、试题结构与题型解读
HSK是一项国际汉语能力标准化考试，重点考查汉语非第一语言的考生在生活、学习和工作中 运用汉语进行交际的能力。HSK包括HSK（一级）、HSK（二级）、HSK（三级）、HSK（四级）、
HSK（五级）和HSK（六级）。
HSK（一级）共40题，分听力、阅读两部分。

第三部分，共5题。每题听两次。每题都是一个对话，试卷上提供几张图片，考生根据听到的内 容选出对应的图片。
第四部分，共5题。每题听两次。每题都是一个人说一句话，第二个人根据这句话问一个问题并 说出3个选项，试卷上每题都有3个选项，考生根据听到的内容选出答案。
2．阅读
第一部分，共5题。每题提供一张图片和一个词语，考生要判断是否一致。
第二部分，共5题。试卷上有几张图片，每题提供一个句子，考生根据句子内容，选出对应的图片。

HSK（二级）主要面向按每周2-3课时进度学习汉语两个学期（一学年），掌握300个最常用词语 和相关语法知识的考生。
HSK（三级）主要面向按每周2-3课时进度学习汉语三个学期（一个半学年），掌握600个最常用 词语和相关语法知识的考生。
HSK（四级）主要面向按每周2-4课时进度学习汉语四个学期（两学年），掌握1200个常用词语 的考生。
HSK（五级）主要面向按每周2-4课时进度学习汉语两年以上，掌握2500个常用词语的考生。
HSK（六级）主要面向掌握5000及5000以上常用词语的考生。
HSKK（初级）主要面向按每周2-3课时进度学习汉语一到两个学期，掌握200个左右最常用词语 的考生。
HSKK（中级）主要面向按每周2-3课时进度学习汉语一到两学年，掌握900个左右常用词语的考生。
HSKK（高级）主要面向按每周2-3课时进度学习汉语两学年以上，掌握3000个左右常用词语的考生。

3. 考试费用
考试报名费因世界各国货币汇率不同，具体向当地考点查询。
4. 考试交费
考生可以到所选考点直接交纳考试费；在已经开通互联网支付功能的考点报名，可以采用网上交 费。如果要了解所选考点能否使用网上支付，请向具体考点查询。
5. 获得报名确认
考生完成报名，并交纳HSK考试费用后，从考试日期前的第15天开始可以到报名网站查询确认信息；
对于留下有效Email信箱的考生，可以查收考试确认电子邮件。
注意：如果在考试日期前10天尚未收到确认信息，考生需到网站查询报名情况，或向报名考点查询。
6. 准考证
考生收到报名确认信息后，可登录汉语考试服务网自行打印准考证，或者到报名的考点领取准考证。
准考证是考生参加考试时进入考场的证明，考生应妥善保管，查询成绩、领取成绩报告和补办成 绩报告也需使用准考证。
准考证内容包括考生姓名、国籍、性别、证件类型和号码、考试科目、考试时间、考点名称、考 试地点、考场须知等。

考生登录到报名网站后，按照网站引导上传电子照片，上传完成后照片便会出现在准考证和成绩 报告上面。上传电子照片的考生不再需要准备纸质照片。
注意：考生收到准考证后请仔细检查准考证上各项信息是否准确无误。准考证上所填姓名、
性别、国籍及证件号码必须与有效证件一致，否则不得参加考试。
如果准考证上信息有误，请立即按照本手册“报名的更改” 和“信息输入错误的纠正”的 办法和规则办理 。

8. 报名的更改
在完成报名并交纳报名费以后，考生可以通过汉语考试服务网或联系考点对报名进行更改。
9. 信息输入错误的纠正
考生报名信息中的轻微信息输入错误，在报名截止前，考生可上网自行纠正或联系考点代为纠 正；报名截止后直到考试当天，考生只能联系考点代为纠正，不收取费用。但考试结束后，不再接受 纠正申请。
轻微信息输入错误包括：
■ 姓名拼写错误 ■ 国籍信息错误 ■ 性别信息错误 ■ 照片变更
*姓名拼写错误仅指信息输入过程中的明显失误，差异较大的姓名修改须参照“报名的更改”中 粘贴纸质照片：
未能提供电子照片的考生，请按照上面的要求准备纸质照片2张，将其中一张在领取或打印了准 考证之后，粘贴到准考证的正确位置，另一张请在报名时提供给负责报名的考点工作人员或在考试当 天入场时交给负责身份查验的监考人员，以用于考试成绩报告的制作。

10. 报名的取消及返款

③ 考试前10天以内（不含第10天）：不再接受取消申请，也不再退还考试费。

三、考前准备
1. 考试内容准备
HSK和HSKK是测量汉语交际能力的标准化考试，要了解HSK和HSKK所要求的汉语水平和考试方 式，考生可以阅读国家汉办编制的《新汉语水平考试大纲》和《新汉语水平考试真题集》。考试纲是 备考的指导用书，内容包括考试介绍、样题、样题答案和词汇一览表，并配有听力考试样题光盘；真 题集是练习用书，每个级别考试真题集中包含了该级别的五套试卷、听力录音文本及试题答案。同 时，考生也可以登录汉语考试服务网在线进行模拟考试。
2. 考试用品
◆ 考试当天，考生进场时必须携带：
-准考证
-与报名一致的、真实有效且带照片的个人身份证件（复印件无效）
-参加纸笔考试须携带2B铅笔（两支以上）和橡皮

3. 了解考试形式
（1） 汉语水平考试(HSK) ■ 试卷结构
参阅本手册“HSK的等级和试题结构”部分了解考试的题型、结构、时间等。
■ 纸笔考试的组织形式
考场内考生按照监考人员的安排同时进行考试。
听力部分由考场统一播放，考生结合试卷上印刷的内容作答；其它部分考试内容均印刷在试卷上。考 生一律在答题卡上作答。
考生在考前应了解和练习答题卡的使用方法，答题卡样例及填写指导参见本手册附录。
注意：考生答题卡通过阅读设备自动处理，考生应使用2B铅笔填写答题卡，答题卡上用于填 涂答案的横道一定要画得粗一些、重一些，否则阅读设备难以识别。凡因考生没有按规定填写答 卷，其成绩受到影响，责任由考生自负。
■ 网络考试的组织形式
考生登录网考系统后，根据屏幕上显示的“倒计时”时间准备考试。所有考生同时开考。
听力部分为独立音频播放，考生结合屏幕上显示的内容作答；其它部分考试内容均显示在电脑屏 幕上，考生通过鼠标键盘作答。
考试过程由网考系统自动计时。
（2） 汉语水平口语考试(HSKK)
汉语水平口语考试（HSKK）各级别均为考生口语作答、现场录音的形式，考场内考生按照监考人 员的安排同时进行考试。
汉语水平口语考试（HSKK）由考场统一播放录音内容，考生结合试卷上印刷的内容，采用现场录 音形式作答。
考场内，口语考生按照监考人员的安排，使用各自独立的录音设备同时进行录音。考生作答的 声音不要过小，以正常说话音量或稍大为宜。考场内其他考生的作答声音不会影响该考生口语水平 的判定。

◆ 禁止携带：
录音机、照相机、词典、MP3、移动电话机、传呼机、便携式电脑、笔记本、教科书及其他与考
试无关的用品。
四、考试规则
注意:考生入场时无法提供符合规定的证件和准考证，将不能参加考试，考试费用不予退还。

3. 考场规则
入场:
考生须在考试开始前半小时到达指定考场。
HSK考试：听力考试开始前，迟到的考生可进入考场参加考试；听力考试开始后，迟到的考生须 等听力考试结束后才可进入考场参加阅读考试，所误时间不补；阅读考试开始后，迟到的考生不得进 入考场参加考试。
HSKK考试：录音开始前，迟到的考生可进入考场参加考试，所误时间不补；录音开始后，迟到的 考生不得进入考场参加考试。
证件:
入场时须出示考生本人的准考证及有效身份证件；
进入考场后，考生须将准考证和身份证件放在桌子左前方，以备主、监考随时检查。

注意：生若违反考场规定，主考官有权拒绝考生继续考试，或将其行为记录在考场记录中，
由考试主办机构给予违规考生警告或取消考试资格等处罚。
4. 考试异常
1）由于考场管理失误造成考生受到不公平待遇，例如：考试时间不足、考卷损坏、考试设备损坏 等，如果经主考现场解决纠正后，仍不能使考生完成考试，汉考国际将尽快安排考生免费重新参加一 次HSK考试，汉考国际和考点不承担任何间接损失和补偿。
2）由于不可抗力，例如：自然灾害、意外事故，迫使考试无法如期举行或无法顺利完成，汉考国 际将尽快安排考生重新考试，或全额退回考试费用，汉考国际和考点不承担任何间接损失和补偿。
5. 特殊考生
汉考国际可以为符合HSK和HSKK考试能力要求、同时具有一定身体障碍的特殊考生提供相关考 试服务，此类报考必须事先联系汉考国际和所选考点进行安排。
6. 考生缺考
如果考试当天考生因非考试主办方原因没有参加考试，结果由考生自己承担，汉考国际不负责给 考生重新安排考试，考试费不予退还。
7. 违规与处罚
汉考国际要维持HSK考试的公平与客观，保证真实准确地反映每位考生的汉语水平。如果任何考 生存在作弊行为，例如：替考、抄袭、考试过程中夹带或偷看相关材料以及其它不听从考官指令等行 为，汉考国际有权取消作弊考生的考试成绩。
中途离场与退场:
考生进入考场后，直到阅读考试开始前不得暂时离开考场，考试中间没有休息时间；如有特殊原 因，考生需要中途离场，须经主考同意，在离开考场前把准考证和身份证件交给主考官,考生返回考场后，
主考官返还考生准考证和身份证件。口语考试中考生不得暂时离开考场，若要离开，只能退出考试。
考试规则:
每个考生必须坐在指定的座位上，考生无权自行选择座位；
考试过程中禁止考生在考试座位上饮食；
考生不得提前打开试卷、跨区答题，不能撕扯、更换、抄录试卷内容，不能把试卷和答卷带出考 场或有其它违规、作弊行为。

HSK（一级）分听力和阅读两个部分，满分为200分，两部分各占100分，总分120分为合格。

HSK（三级）分听力、阅读和书写三个部分，满分为300分，三部分各占100分，总分180分为 合格。

2. 成绩报告的有效期
考试成绩长期有效，作为外国留学生进入中国院校学习的汉语能力的证明，有效期为两年（从考 试当日算起）。
3. 考试成绩的使用
按照中国教育部的规定，外国留学生凭汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩报告注册进入中国大学的本科 专业学习，HSK四级的及格线180分，作为中国政府奖学金理学、工学、农学、医学（中医药专业除 外）、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学等学科专业的预科学生完成一学年预科教育后应达到的汉语言 水平。
同时，HSK和HSKK采用一般（或通用）汉语能力考试的定位，面向成人汉语学习者。其成绩可以满 足多元需求：
（1） 为院校招生、分班授课、课程免修、学分授予提供参考依据。
（2） 为用人机构录用、培训、晋升工作人员提供参考依据。
（3） 为汉语学习者了解、提高自己的汉语应用能力提供参考依据。
（4） 为相关汉语教学单位、培训机构评价教学或培训成效提供参考依据。

注意：凡因考生自己没有正确填写答题卡信息、没有使用铅笔答题等，考生答卷将做无效答 卷处理，没有成绩报告。作弊考生将被取消考试成绩，也不会获得成绩报告。
4. 查询成绩与成绩报告
考试结束后约一个月，考生可以登录汉语考试服务网（www.chinesetest.cn），输入准考证号码 和姓名查询成绩。
如果没有查询到自己的考试成绩，可以在网站上通过查询“成绩处理进度”的功能，了解成绩预 计发布时间或成绩处理中的特殊问题公告。
HSK和HSKK成绩报告在考后1-2个月由考试主办单位寄往各考点，考生可凭准考证到报名考点 领取。
考点保留成绩报告的时间为两年，若考生在考试后两年内未领取，考试主办单位和考点不再 保留。

Ⅰ. Chinese Proficiency and HSK Spesking Test(HSKK)
1. Introduction of HSK
HSK was launched by Hanban after in-depth surveys on Chinese language teaching in other countries conducted by experts from various disciplines such as Chinese language teaching, linguistics, psychology and educational measurement. Taking into consideration the differences between professional learners and non-professional learners as well as the differences between learners living in China and learners residing overseas, incorporating the advantages of the former HSK and making use of the latest findings in global language testing. HSK is an international standardized Chinese language ability test based on the Chinese Language Proficiency Scales for Speakers of Other Languages.
According to regulations by Ministry of Education of China, foreign students can enroll in degree-granting major courses in a Chinese university/college based on their HSK test results. The HSK test results can also serve as a reference tool for employers when making recruiting decisions.
2. HSK Levels and Test Structures
HSK is an international standardized Chinese language test to measure the ability of non-native Chinese speakers to communicate in Chinese in daily lives, academic and working settings.
HSK comprises of six levels from HSK-Level 1 to HSK-Level 6.

Part I contains 15 items. Several passages are given, each with several blanks. For each blank, a Chinese word or a sentence is missing and 4 options are given. Test takers should select the right answer.
Part II contains 10 items. For each item, a passage and 4 options are given, and test takers should select the option corresponding with the content of the passage.
Part III contains 20 items. Several passages are given, each with several questions. Test takers should select the right answer to each question from 4 options.
3. Writing
Part I contains 8 items. For each item, several Chinese words are given and test takers is required to write a sentence with these words.
Part II contains 2 items. For the first item, several Chinese words are given and test takers is required to use these words to write a short passage of about 80 words; for the second item, a picture is given and test takers is required to write a short passage of about 80 words based on the picture.
HSK (Level VI)
test is made up of listening comprehension, reading comprehension and writing sections and contains 101 items.

Test Structure for HSK (Level VI) 1. Listening
Part I contains 15 items. Test takers will listen to each item only once. For each item, test takers will listen to a short paragraph. 4 options are given on the test paper and test takers should select the option corresponding with what he/she has heard.
Part II contains 15 items. Test takers will listen to each item only once. Test takers will listen to three interviews, each with 5 questions. For each question, 4 options are given on the test paper and test takers should select the right answer based on what he/she has heard.
Part III contains 20 items. Test takers will listen to each item only once. Test takers will listen to several paragraphs, each with several questions. For each question, 4 options are given on the test paper and test takers should select the right answer based on what he/she has heard.

Part IV contains 20 items. Several passages are given, each with several questions, and test takers should select the right answer from the 4 options for each question.
3. Writing
Test takers should first read a narrative passage of about 1,000 Chinese characters in 10 minutes, and then condense the passage to a shorter one of about 400 Chinese characters in 35 minutes. The title is subject to the free choice of test takers. Test takers is only required to retell the content of the passage and his/her own opinions are not necessary.
3.HSKK Levels and Test Structures
HSKK can be divide into three levels of HSKK(Basic), HSKK(Intermediate) and HSKK(Advanced), and the candidates’ on-site performance will be recorded.
HSKK (Basic Level) is comprised of three parts, containing 27 items in total.
