制度對機會開發之影響 : 玉晶光電之個案研究 張芳瑜、劉子歆

摘 要
本研究以制度理論之規範、管制與認知三個系統解釋企業在面對環境變化時，制度所扮演的角色與及其對機會開發之影響
。本研究並且發展出制度與機會開發的觀念性架構，說明規範、管制與認知此三個制度系統與機會開發之間的關係。為分 析此一議題，本研究以玉晶光電此一具有獨特性的公司為單一個案，分析其制度環境如何影響機會開發，亦即該企業如何 從其前身和欣光學在經營績效的逆勢中轉型成功。最後，本研究並具體提出對於制度理論與創業理論之理論貢獻，以及相 關實務建議。
