ABSTRACT
The software and hardware in the computer science and communication technology are dramatically developed in the recent years which results in the prosperous development to e-Learning. Thus the learning technology can be improved and upgraded. It is obvious to see the changes from many successful cases in e-Learning that these applications not only break the limits of the time and the space, but also brings us the advantages for good interaction, helpful multi-media, in time information and creative learning environment. We believe that the e-Learning has been good enough to be a media and an instrument to learning. Though our government and many education organizations are vigorously advocating the e- Learning, it is very pity that the e-Learning doesn’t apply to all industries in Taiwan.
Only schools and many enterprises implement it, but not for most of the traditional industries. These reasons become the constraints of the upgrading of the human resource and knowledge management. The thesis is to study how to help the electricians in traditional industries to get the training and learning on the e-Learning.
Through the physical implementation, we understand that it is feasible and effective.
We hope that the experiences can help the traditional industries on the e-Learning and expand to other industries for their reference.
