課程名稱: (中文)專題研究-枯草桿菌特論(一) 學分數:上學期(1 )下學期( ) 授課教師:呂誌翼 老師

授課目標:

枯草桿菌屬於好氣、產孢、格蘭式陽性細菌,具有生產多種細胞外酵素和代謝物的特性,

是生物工業應用很廣的菌種。課程針對枯草桿菌之生長、營養、分類、演化、生理、生化、基因及 實驗操作技術等進行探討,不僅使學生對於枯草桿菌專業知識有深入的了解,同時讓學生能 熟悉其實驗的技術,以便實際應用。
