授課目標：
枯草桿菌屬於好氣、產孢、格蘭式陽性細菌，具有生產多種細胞外酵素和代謝物的特性，
是生物工業應用很廣的菌種。課程針對枯草桿菌之生長、營養、分類、演化、生理、生化、基因及 實驗操作技術等進行探討，不僅使學生對於枯草桿菌專業知識有深入的了解，同時讓學生能 熟悉其實驗的技術，以便實際應用。
