1.認知面：[使學生理解、應用、分析、綜合、比較、推論、評估本課程之理論與概念]：
The goals of this course is to teach the students: (a) how to read a scientific article, (b) how to evaluate a scientific study, (c) how to abstract information from a scientific article, (d) how to organizing and put together a scientific report, and (e) how to develop and prepare a research proposal.
2.技能面[使學生能獲得運用與實做本課程理論與概念之技巧]：
Prepare research proposal and thesis writing.
3.情意面[能引發學生對本課程之興趣，激發學生學習動機，增加觸類旁通與自主學習]：
Students will be learning the evidence-based research during the process.

This required course, seminar in healthcare administration, will provide the students a chance to get familiarized with the processes of conducting a literature research in public health using evidence-based methods.
