1） The subject commodities will not be used for producing or developing nuclear weapons, chemical and biological weapons, missiles, or any other weapons of mass destruction.
2） I will provide all the necessary assistance, in good faith, to help the personnel sent by the government of Taiwan, ROC in conducting an investigation or an on-site check of the imported commodity when the investigation or check is deemed necessary.

收貨人未能確定最終使用人之情況下，准由買主/收貨人簽名出具本項保證書。
Note 1: The buyer/consignee’s signature may be used to issue the assurance if the end user is unknown when applying for an Export Permit to a country which is a member of the Wassenaar Arrangement, Missile Technology Control Regime, Nuclear Suppliers Group and Australia Group.
註 2：本保證書確為最終使用人所簽署，如有不實，出口人將負相關法律責任。
Note 2: The exporter will be held liable if the assurance is not truthfully signed by the end user.
