綜合上述,本論文參考過去對於輕度頭部創傷後的PPCS 與相關神經行為異 常的理論架構,認為臨床上對於輕度頭部創傷患者的預防與治療,應該同時考量 患者的初級、次級與三級處預。在「初級處預」部分,考量患者的「創傷前特性」

對於頭部創傷發生的影響;「次級處預」部分,同時考量「認知功能缺損」、「情 緒行為異常」、「創傷後壓力」、「患者壓力因應策略」與「社會支持」五方面。據 此,於創傷後能夠及早發現長期性神經行為功能異常的輕度頭部創傷患者。最後 在「三級處預」部分,對於功能性預後狀態已有明顯缺損的患者,針對其可能面 臨的問題,例如:認知功能損傷、情緒控制困難或家庭互動障礙等,進行適當的 治療與復健計劃。
