五、(-)-Epigallocatechin gallate 對腦組織抗氧化能力之影響 1. (-)-Epigallocatechin gallate 對腦缺血鼠 Malonyldialdehyde 含

量變化之影響

如 Fig.16 所示,腦缺血可造成大鼠海馬回及紋狀體 MDA 含量 的升高(P<0.01)。EGCG 10 mg/kg 可降低腦缺血所造成海馬回及紋 狀體 MDA 含量升高之現象(P<0.05)。但 PTX 100 mg/kg 則無任何 影響。

3. (-)-Epigallocatechin gallate 對腦缺血鼠 Glutathione 含量變化 之影響

如 Fig.18 所示,腦缺血可造成大鼠皮質區及海馬回 total-GSH 含 量的減少(P<0.05)。EGCG 10 mg/kg 可改善腦缺血所造成大鼠海馬 回 total-GSH 含量減少之現象(P<0.001)及增加紋狀體中 total-GSH 含量(P<0.001); 正對照藥 PTX 100 mg/kg 可改善腦缺血造成大鼠 皮質區 total-GSH 含量升高之現象(P<0.01)。
