第五章 實驗結果分析與討論

6.2 建議

1. 本研究為降低實驗之風險,採行於封閉場中進行駕駛實驗,已排除所有真實路況上 的外部影響;一般駕駛者在進行駕駛工作時所必須面臨如注意對向來車、看後視鏡 換車道、注意鄰車狀況、維持與前車距離、環視道路上任何可能狀況等,在本實驗 研究中均不存在,情境與真實道路駕駛有相當之落差;建議未來研究若經費允許,

進一步徵求受試者自願在自用小客車內裝設攝影機或量測器材,以追蹤式觀察其駕 駛行為,預期量測數據與參考依據會更為客觀。

2. 因排除一般道路駕駛情況,再加上實驗前予以說明整個實驗流程,使得受試者在進 行換道動作時對實驗過程存有預期心態,造成實驗數據蒐集的客觀性受影響;再 者,實驗前均告之受試者必須在精神狀況良好的情況下進行駕駛實驗,然此情況又 與一般駕駛者平時駕車時的精神狀況有出入,實驗結果顯示計算工作難度增加時,

車速與變換車道時產生的側向加速度均降低,從數據來看似乎對駕駛安全有正面效 益,但實驗過程是以駕駛者精神狀況良好的基礎下進行,若假設駕駛者精神狀態不 佳的情況下,在一般道路上開車並使用手機,則發生事故的機率將大增;故建議未 來研究若能隨機取樣駕駛者的精神狀況,預期會有不同的實驗結果。

3. 本研究受限於研究經費,在駕駛者生理變數方面未能做到較為客觀的參考數據。未 來相關實驗研究可採納動態量測,以心電圖機全程量測駕駛過程,如此才能真正獲 得駕駛者在面臨任何情況時的心生理反應。

4. 因量測器材受限,本研究考慮的變數較少,未來研究建議可納入駕駛者油門踩踏深 度、駕駛者腦波反應、眼球環視頻率、駕駛者對方向盤的握力等,若能納入較多變 數,預期對駕駛者面臨各種分心情況時會有較全面的考量。

5. 本研究雖模擬免持接的方式作為駕駛者的分心情況,但設計之計算工作實與一般通 話內容大不同,實際情況的通話內容應會影響到駕駛者的心理層面,造成認知上的 負荷。建議未來若仍以模擬手機通話方式進行實驗研究,則必須重新設計其通話內 容,以商務內容或一般日常談話作為考量,較為貼近一般通話內容。
