競技體操跳馬項目是著重於爆發力的運動項目,如何將針對爆發 力做出較有利於選手訓練的方式,一直是國內外教練與選手極欲探討 的重點之一。透過本文可發現,振動式訓練對於大專男子競技體操選 手具有明顯提升跳馬運動表現的能力,因此,筆者希望本文能提供國 內從事體操訓練工作的教練一些啟示與幫助,藉由振動式訓練來增加 國內競技體操選手於跳馬項目上的新突破,並使我國體操層次能更上 一層樓,以為國爭光。
