建議一:

以本研究成果進行便利商店能效試評估認定審查會:立即可行性建議 主辦機關:內政部建築研究所

協辦單位:綠建築標章評定機構

內政部建築研究所 108 年完成之「既有建築綠建築評估手冊 EEWH-EB 之研 究」尚未有示範申請認證案,也未開展市場化工作,本案可透由民間自主節能管 理申請便利商店自願性建築能效標示,有利於未來之推廣。

建議二:

辦理便利商店能效等級評估與標示暨改善說明會:立即可行性建議 主辦機關:連鎖超商股份有限公司

協辦單位:綠建築標章評定機構

企業通常可針對節能改善經濟效益佳的排行最差的 5%或 10%之分店作為節 能改善診斷與改善的優先目標,分年逐步改善其節能,這是作為企業發展內部節 能管理策略的有利工具,可優先針對等級 7 之便利商店進行改善說明會。

能源護照制度為國際公認最有節能效益的政策,國內外目前未聞有貫徹能源 護照制度為社會企業責任之民間企業。許多企業花費重金編寫社會責任報告書,

常常苦無環保實績與亮點。本合作企業若能以此訴求 CSR,定能獲得各方肯定。

為了建築能效制度之推廣,應以各大便利商店相關業者為對象,辦理北中南推廣 講習會。
