建議

目前本研究僅以基礎建設作為分析之依據，未來相關研究可依其研究主題，自行選 擇不同之指標作為分析基礎，建立不同之發展策略，往後亦可參照國家發展策略建設項 目，是否符合本研究所提出之重點改善項目。

本研究建立之分析模式，不受資料分佈狀況之限制，且增加標準值的判別模式，因 此分析模式較具實用性，惟本研究之分析程序較為繁複，且 IMD 每年度採用之基礎建 設評估指標眾多，指標分析及篩選過程極為費時，因此未來研究者可考慮根據本研究模

式，建立自動化之關鍵指標選擇系統，縮短分析過程之時間，提供國家競爭力年報之使 用者，更有效率的決定國家基礎建設重點發展項目。

以下提出有關本研究之後續建議研究方向：

1. 後續研究亦可從產業結構、文化與企業特性、自然資源、區域地理等，探討各 先進國家整體投資策略。

2. 蒐集各先進國家之投資策略歷年資料，以分析更精確之基礎建設投資建議。

3. 可以參考其他主題之競爭力年報，應用本研究模式分析。
