第五章 結論與建議

5.2 建議

本研究利用分子生物技術對MBR 進行菌相鑑定與探討,在偵測 上雖可比傳統的微生物培養法來的精確,卻也有其限制,當菌種濃度 過低便無法在後續實驗中將其純化做進一步定序,因此建議後續相關 研究時,可採用多種不同技術同步進行比較與查核。且本研究所使用 之引子對長度約200 bp,在菌種比對上代表性稍嫌不足,建議往後之 相關研究若仍希望藉由 PCR-DGGE 進行菌相鑑定,可設計出長度約 500 bp 的引子對,將會有較高的代表性助於研究。
