一、由於疲勞恢復時間的研究限制,本研究無法對所有腹、背部 肌群進行實驗,只得針對單一肌肉,而將其他肌群列入控制組。未來 可對其他核心肌群,甚至上肢肌群之肌肉進行研究,進而瞭解哪一部 份對下肢跳躍表現與著地負荷之影響最大。

二、制動腳與起跳腳,以及各關節在著地緩衝貢獻度的部份值得 探討,是否優秀男子排球運動員的著地策略不同於一般大眾?或是扣 殺式跳躍動作本身的特殊性所造成?本研究並未將其列入研究假設,

未來可以針對此一方向深入研究。

三、本研究的結果顯示腹直肌的疲勞程度,會造成跳躍的最大高 度降低,下肢的關節力矩也有差異,特定腳的負荷增加;本研究以腹 直肌來代表核心肌群,教練或選手可針對此一肌群加強訓練,可望能 增加運動表現的穩定度及降低傷害風險。然而實驗過程與比賽、練習 中的情境仍有一段差距,若要做到有效預防運動傷害,需要更進一步 的研究。

四、扣殺式跳躍時,起跳角度與過去文獻的差異,可能是由於排 球比賽戰術的潮流,導致訓練的方法上,較重視快速、爆發性地達到 最大高度,完成攻擊。因此選手可能選擇較小的起跳角度來縮短起跳 的時間,以利戰術的完成。
