9.2. 建議與後續研究

1雖然生技廠商因個體差異,導致在知識傳遞路徑選擇與找路途徑各有不同,但 本研究所論之重點,著重在多數生技廠商在知識傳達活動對知識產出選擇之影 響,探討的結果為眾廠商的平均狀況,而非個人差異;此外,本研究討論範圍僅 限於探討知識傳達活動(三螺旋關係活動、網絡關係活動、產業聚集活動)對知 識產出路徑選擇之影響。因此,後續研究可朝以下三方向進行:

(1)未來可將個別廠商屬性(如:大小廠、研發能力等)作為控制變數,於後續研究 中繼續討論其對各項知識產出選擇之影響。

(2)後續可運用分群方式(研發目的、研發能力等),個別對每一類群之生技廠商樣 本進行分析。

2因研究人力與時間限制,本研究僅能探討特定創新產業之廠商(以生技產業為主) 知識傳遞路徑選擇,因此,廠商知識傳達活動對知識產出選擇之影響,是否會因 為產業特性的不同而有所差異,則須待後續研究繼續探討。

3本研究所探討之三螺旋關係活動,係指產業、學校、研究機構之間的地理鄰近 性與合作關係,至於其他的活動之選擇較少探討,對象也尚未將相關生技產業之 學校與研究機構加入考量,則亦為後續研究可探討之主題。

4本研究僅重新檢視地理鄰近性與網絡關係之議題,後續可將產業群聚、創新氛 圍等變數,對廠商在知識傳遞路徑選擇上之影響納入考量,作更深入之探討。
