建議

依據研究結果和研究限制，本研究提出下列之建議:

一、對政府教育及相關單位的建議

(一)根據本研究結果顯示大學生接觸成癮藥物資訊接觸經驗，雖然以接 觸反對使用成癮藥物資訊經驗最多，但不容小覷大學生接觸製造買賣成 癮藥物資訊經驗及傾向成癮藥物資訊經驗有增加成癮藥物使用意向的可 能，本研究建議相關單位加強查緝成癮藥物網路買賣活動，及移除網路 散播不實藥物資訊的網站等，並積極利用網路建置更多成癮藥物的正確 資訊，以提升民眾獲得正確藥物資訊的便利性及普遍性。

(二)雖然我國對於涉及在網路上販賣毒品，會依據違反毒品危害防治條 例第五條意圖販賣而持有毒品罪或第七條引誘他人施用毒品罪處罰之，

但由調查結果顯示仍無法完全抑制傾向使用成癮藥物網路資訊的散布，

進而影響到大學生成癮藥物使用意向。因此，建議學校對學生加強宣導 政府網站所提供的藥物資訊較有研究根據的，且不應隨便相信網路上來 路不明的藥物資訊。

二、對未來研究的建議

(一)本研究在蒐集國內外相關文獻後，發現關於「成癮藥物網路資訊接觸 經驗」的深入且發展出一套系統性的研究並不多，大多數相關研究都還 屬於較探索性的研究。本研究歸納出原因在網路中接觸成癮藥物資訊的

來源(例如：政府單位資訊、網友提供資訊等)以及資訊的種類(例如:傾向 資訊、反對資訊等)有很多、且繁瑣，要將網路中接觸到的成癮藥物資訊 做出精確的分類相當不容易，未來研究方向可朝發展出完整量表進行。

(二)由於本研究屬於橫斷式的調查研究，無法避免回憶偏差等限制，未來 可針對此議題進行長期的追蹤或配合質性訪談，以深入探討成癮藥物資 訊接觸經驗與危險知覺、預防態度、使用行為之關係。

(三)本研究受限於計畫期程、人力等因素考量，研究對象僅限於臺北市某 科技大學的大學生，建議未來可將研究對象擴展至其他各縣市及各個不 同年齡層做比較，進行整個臺灣地區的全面性調查，使得研究資料更臻 完整。
