6.2 後續研究建議
6.2.1 其他產業之研究
本研究為針對半導體產業中的晶圓製造業的技術策略進行研究分析,由於每 一種產業之核心技術的生命週期及技術特性不同,因此各產業的技術策略也有很 大的差異。所以對於其他個別產業之技術策略或跨產業之技術策略比較的實證分 析是後續研究可以進行的方向。
6.2.2 研究範圍
本研究是以台灣半導體製造業公司的技術合作與技術移轉為研究主軸,然而 隨著年來台灣廠商的技術水平不斷地提昇,越來越多廠商採用自行開發的方式取 得技術。Kelm, Narayanan 與 Pinches 在 1995 年就曾研究企業在技術開發的不同 過程所做的宣告與市場反應的關係,如果後續研究可以針對台灣產業進行實證研 究將有助於瞭解技術形過程中的相對應之價值。
6.2.3 技術策略的績效
市場的股價所呈現是公司價值指標之一,且股價會受到新的資訊影響而變 動,所以公司的價值是否真的因此而提昇?後續研究可以進一步追蹤企業在技術 策略宣告後幾年的績效表現來檢驗技術策略與公司價值的長期關係。
