後續研究建議

本研究採取「公司營收變化比例」作為公司表現之判斷依據,惟判斷企業表 現的依據相當多多元,尚無法收斂成一般化之單一因子,故後續研究若能從更多 面向來探討,並分析不同面向之異同,對於實務上在審視公司未來的發展藍圖 時,能有更準確的計畫與調整。

本研究初步發現調整成本在 CEO 更換時會對企業表現產生顯著影響,惟過 去文獻對於兩者之相關性少有著墨,建議後續研究可針對影響調整成本背後的潛 在因素進行更深入的探討。
